Meet Natalie
Lifelong athlete. IFBB Pro. World traveler. The coach who's been exactly where you are - and knows the way forward.
The Journey
Natalie Miller grew up in Hayden, Colorado - a small mountain town where she became an All-State basketball player. She went on to graduate from Colorado Mesa University with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and a minor in Public Relations and Marketing before discovering her true calling in competitive bodybuilding.
She stepped on stage for the first time in 2016, competing in NPC Bikini as the smallest athlete in her class. Over the years, her love for the sport grew alongside her physique. She progressed through Bikini, Figure, Women's Physique, and Women's Bodybuilding - four divisions, each demanding a different level of size, conditioning, and artistry.
The defining moment came at the 2024 NPC National Championships in Dallas, where she won first place in Women's Physique and the Overall title in Women's Bodybuilding - earning two IFBB Pro cards in a single show. She made her professional debut at the 2025 IFBB Rising Phoenix Pro and continues to compete at the highest level.

Three Years in Ghana
From 2019 to 2022, Natalie and Kevin lived in Ghana - not visiting, but truly living. New people, new culture, and a bodybuilding community that blew every expectation away.

The fitness community in Ghana is unbelievable. Natalie built incredible, lifelong friendships there - proof that no matter where you go in the world, you can find people who share your passion and push you to be better.
Why Coaching?
Natalie has been every version of the client sitting across from her. She's been the nervous beginner who didn't know what to eat. The intermediate lifter stuck at a plateau. The athlete pushing through the final weeks of competition prep when everything hurts and nothing seems to work.
That decade of experience - the wins, the losses, the adjustments, the breakthroughs - is what she brings to every client. Not theory from a textbook. Real knowledge earned on stage and in the gym, every single day.
Her goal is simple: give everyday people access to the coaching that took her from a small-town basketball player to an IFBB Professional.

Off the Stage
Outside of competing and coaching, Natalie is a huge football fan who loves going to live games, an avid traveler with 16 countries under her belt (and many more on the list), and a fiction-fantasy reader who burns through books on the StairMaster.
Originally from Colorado, she's now based in the Houston area with her husband Kevin and their three dogs - Piper, Baker, and Ripley. She's not a faceless brand or a fitness influencer selling a lifestyle. She's a real person who happens to be really good at what she does - and loves helping others get there too.
